Telecomm companies suck

I love telecomm companies. In no other field is their _SO_ much choice and yet they're all just as fucked up.

Last night XO decided to turn off a DS3 for a company I do work for. They apparently misplaced a payment and just < blip > turned it off. It's not like it's a big deal or anything.... Turning off DSL because of a missed payment is

On the vacuum thing... That was our server rack and 4TB of storage. The cleaning crew blew a circuit vacuuming and didn't bother to report it or fix it. They must have head for the hills when the UPC alarm went off. Grrrr....
