I finally unpacked my bags today, too, which made me sad because it's undeniable that the holiday's over. I should point out that the "5 BiCons" concept isn't mine, a kind and lovely person told me about it on Sunday. And I look forward to chilling with you next year :)

(And I should point out that the 'five BiCons' thing is a bit arbitrary - I pulled five different ways of slicing it out of my head on the spot, but there's nothing 'canonical' about the list. The idea I was trying to get over was that - at least - five different people could attend the same BiCon and yet give completely different accounts of the event that might be unrecognisable, even offputting to the others. It was an idea I tried to express on the newbies mailing list last year, when some of them were looking at some of the session titles and asking 'just what sort of event is BiCon?')
