Race Report: Staten Island Half Marathon

I can't remember when exactly it happened, but Jamie convinced me to sign up for the half marathon.  Since I'm a member of New York Road Runners, all the races are $15.  That is dangerously cheap.  That means I sign up for things like half marathons without really thinking about it.  Once I've spent the $15, I usually feel obligated to run the race
