Boxes needed

I find it psychologically difficult to pay money for new cardboard moving boxes. Anyone have a bunch of boxes we can put to re-use for you?

No, no house yet, but we aren't obtaining many boxes naturally and I can start packing books and chotskies any time if I have some.

Our liquor stores re-use their boxes for boxing up orders at checkout, and have big signs posted so people won't steal them from the stacks at the front of the store.

BJs also has carts full of free boxes at the front of the store to box up orders, but they are never good solid boxes with sides and a closable top. They're usually the display style that lack a top and have only 3 sides and a lip.

I may (will know on Wednesday) have roughly 20 small file boxes with detachable lids from our internal move. If I can snag them all, is this something you'd like? (Copy paper box size)

Drop a note to r_ness, as he is keeper of the boxes. All the boxes. Ever....

I have some, but they are way out here...

Another place to try is Trader Joe's, though.

Well, I suppose you could mail them to me, if you could find a box big enough for them.

HA!

Technically, I could do that. My current box source also had a few tall wardrobe boxes...
