I'm kind of embarrassed for asking this, but what's the exact pronunciation of your name? Is it SUR-EEL-EE-AH or SUR-ILL-EE-AH or something else entirely? I'm really bad at pronouncing people's names - for the longest time I called Ogechi OH-GEE-CHEE instead of OH-GAY-CHEE.

I hate it when people say my name wrong. You'd think it would be easy, but apparently it's not. I get Aaron, Eerin (sounds like they're sneering), and this weirdo lady I work with called me Ern! And we won't even start on my last name....oy vey.
