Even though I've been wasting a lot of time online lately, I haven't felt like updating. I'm good. I'm feeling really good about these two jackets I got at Old Navy, together they cost less than four dollars. I got a red one and a turquoise. They are for my new Grown-Up ensembles. Since soon I will be No Longer a Student. But A Grown-Up. Cough.

I have been thinking about the problem of getting a grown-up wardrobe too. I will be a grad student in a week or so and I'll need to be more than a viewer at conferences and will need to project a professional image. Not that I dislike proper clothing, but (1) I'm cheap, (2) it's sad that its necessary, and (3) I can't buy clothes for myself with a female calling the shots.

Nice to see others have issues with this problem as well.
