Is there a way to contact the credit card company and have them uncancel the order? Because I'm pretty sure they're supposed to call you before they cancel anything, and now they're costing you money.

Well, I did have to call them and tell them it wasn't fraud, so they will now allow the order to go through, but it was the next day, so the discount poof-disappeared. There's nothing they can do. I mean, it's an automated website, so the computer says "it's not memorial day," and that's that. And honestly, I'm sort of glad that they were trying to stop $675 dollars worth of computer parts to be charged to me...if only it had been some wild, moral-free nerd and not, well, me.

Wow. I wonder what made them think that you weren't the one making the purchases? Do you tend not to charge very much on your card? That's just pretty darn amazing. And annoying. But I get that you're glad they're looking out for you. That's a seriously bizarre thing to happen though.
