No kidding. I mean, it doesn't say it will take thatlong, it just says it might take that long. I mean, there's a difference between asking someone to find the population of Turkey, and asking them to find the exact flight pattern of a male African Swallow in the Springtime. This time frame actually helps the patron.

But don't you understand that he's special? Nobody else's questions could possibly be as important as his. When he has a question, you need to drop EVERYTHING YOU'RE DOING and answer it RIGHT AWAY.

i also love how he doesn't take into account ACTUAL turnaround times. Just the fact that you will have heard back within two days.

Don't worry if you submit something on a sunday, after the library is closed, and tomorrow is christmas. They SURELY can't be trying to cover their bases in a situation like that
