I heard 13-2 was supposed to be an improvement so I wondered if it was worth skipping the original to play. Consider my interest successfully quashed.

To be fair, up until the ending, I thought that at least gameplay-wise it was passable, if not necessarily that much better than 13. So maybe a few months down the road if they release the real ending via DLC, my opinion of it will change.
