[ Now that Ash has exploded there's quite a few more of the Tease flying around in the center of town. Brook will be doing his best to get as many of those that he can before they get too far and harm anyone. He was an acquaintance of mine - Ash-san. I recognized his voice before it... [Trailing off, because that's not exactly a pleasant thing to think of.]

That doesn't simply occur from being bitten, does it? [He and Sokka have theorized that maybe the butterflies are trying to burrow inside bodies rather than eat them. But he knows Allen likely has the actual answer.]

I will do my best! Take care not to let any of them bite you on your way. They pose a greater threat than I previously realized, and while I don't think a bite alone could harm you we shouldn't take the chance.

So long as it doesn't attract many more people, I think that the situation is under control. A friend of mine and I should be able to handle it - we may not have fire, but her skills will do just as good with this weather.

Why are you going out? I know that you're fully capable of protecting yourself, but everyone would be safer indoors. [Can you tell how thrilled he is that people aren't listening to him? It wouldn't be so bad, but Ash's asploded remains are still pretty close by.]
