And so I finished up the yard today (for the most part). Mowing this large lot with a weed-eater was pretty fun. I also picked up all the sticks in the yard and added them to the brush pile, started a clipping pile, moved and started a pine cone pile, weeded everywhere, raked the whole yard, cleaned the porch up, moved all the flower pots around ( Read more... )

Instead of returning to Zion, we decided to clear out the room needed for the impending arrival of all of my stuff so we spent the day boxing, cleaning, and organizing. Yesterday, LeAnn and I did the tourist thing and drove the hour over to Zion National Park where we stayed until sunset. The park is just awesome and we spent the day snapping photos, looking at souvenirs, climbing rocks, holding hands, and breathing in all that beautiful natural Utah. I have been considering the idea of setting up a public folder over at Fotki for the purpose of exchanging photo textures and objects. So, this is the yard I've been relaxing in for over a week. The weather has been beautiful and I've just been hanging out reading, talking, lounging, etc.. on a few sleeping bags over by dem chairs.
