Ok folks, jst so you know the area I live in has just issued a Mandatory Evacuation order due to Hurricane Ike soon to arrive in a few days time at a F4 strength when it hits the coast. I will not be one of those lucky assed folks evacuating as planned because the owner of the company I do security for has issued a desist order on all guards

Has he given that 'desist' in writing?

If so, feel free to assrape him with it, wrapped around a clue-by-four. Or take it to his superiors(cops) and get him declared mentally incometent/criminally insane!
(That's what I would have done, at least.)

Or if you also want him publicly flogged, feel free to mention it to the media....

I think its safe to say your boss has no brain cells left, I mean seriously staying at a scrap metal refinery during a cat 4?!?! If i saw the guy i'd deck him the first chance i get.
