[Tsuna is very mindful of Gokudera behind him, and moves slowly down the steps as well. Fortunately, at the bottom of the stairs there's a small glint that catches the brunette's eye.]
There it is!
[He walks over to pick it up, and hears a voice in the not so far off distance.]
[Someone is approaching, and Tsuna pulls on his mittens after snatching up the ring. A small light starts flickering above, as if they're in a sinister dark alley. Tsuna swallows hard, and reaches for his bottle of dying will pills. Before Tsuna can answer, another voice says.]
What are you doing back from your mission so soon, Storm Guardian?
[Tsuna's eyes are wide, but Gokudera can't see them. Or the fact that there are now two Tsunas, albeit one is slightly older.]
[What up, here is Madotsuki, crashing in on your adorable moment of bonding. She "stares" at the pair as they leave the hole. "Stares" because her eyes are very clearly shut. However, it does seem as if she can see them perfectly well, because her face is pointed straight at them--her stare is almost accusatory, really.]
[Can you just give our yaoi moment a second longer in case Hungary's lurking around here somewhere? Tsuna hiccups, then turns his head and catches sight of the girl before them. He pulls back a bit from Gokudera because um...yeah. Awkward.]
[Remember? No boy love while Hungary's on hiatus. Madotsuki doesn't recognize the situation as such, however. All she sees are people that have never been on her Mars before. She may vaguely recognize Gokudera, but she shows no sign of it.
She shrinks away as Tsuna asks her a direct question. She knows now that these aren't just "characters" within her dream. She can see them in her dream, but they also exist outside of it, and are exactly where she is seeing them. When Masada killed her, she realized this.
However, she still felt a sense of strength that she wouldn't have had were she awake, and she was able to stand her ground because of it.
So, rather than turn and run from these people, she looked at her right hand, and, within a split-second, a butcher knife appeared within it. She looked back at the two meaningfully.
More than anything, right now, she looked afraid.]

Kill them. I don't need useless subordinates.

Juudaime?
[That voice is familiar though, and it sets him on edge.]
