DAICON from the goldfish mind
- Slept at 4am the night before. Why? Coz on Sunday evening, my tailor told me my costume is only about 60% done. So at 8pm i went to the tailor, and both of us 'work' on the costume together till the wee morning. Someone plz tell me what a 40+ yr old woman likes coz i totally need to give her presents for layan-ing this baka ol' me.
- Day 1......went as Lizzy from Kuroshitsuji. i totally love this cosplay!! It's so easy to pul off personality-wise (after i drank obsene amounts of Nescafe of course).
- Costume total loli-bait. It was...kinda WOW to see these girls look up at you with this super pikapika eyes LOL~
- Randomly found 1 Ciel and 1 Sebastian....and we did a mini shoot. For a 1 week b4 random cosplay decision and no time at all to find partners........it was amazing that i can get sporting ppl who cosplayed the same series at the event. Aaaaa so lucky!!! So happyyyyyy!!! <3<3
- Entered Cosplay Competiton. The competiton is so....awkward. And the announcement for the requirements are totally last minute and all over the place!!! But we sorta go with the flow and it ain't to bad....i guess.....
- The comm/helpers for cosplay are so totally friendly and helpful. <3<3 Leg cramped horribly a couple of time during finals. But they are so helpful in making things run smoothly. i appreciate it totally!!! Thanks guys!!!
- Totally tarik diri from karaoke competition the day b4. And i'm glad i did. The event schedule is a disaster!! Instead i spent the karaoke time eating and drinking and trying not to pass out. Oh and gathering the required props for cosplay finals.
- Kinda annoyed by the fact that a total of 4 ppl hinting at me or directly asked about wanting to borrow my costume. Helloooo~ Is there a sign on my forehead that says "Need a pikapika costume for a day? Ask sky!" =_____= Be fucking aware that i only let you borrow my costume if #1 I asked you to do the honour of wearing my costume. ME! MY COSTUME! I ASK! NOT YOU! #2 I know you long enough and trust you well enough that if you wanna borrow my costume and if you asked for it, i know that you have a good solid reason to do so and i know you'll take very good care of it. Do you think you're any of these, sistah? Do you? huh? huh??
- I got free ELITE tickets from this random animax 'game' thing (which all i actually did was tale a train ride to this office in Ampang and said i want the redemption form). Minorin IS SOOOOOOO CUTE OVER 9000!!!! <3 And during autograph session....i got lucky and was among the few ELITE ticket holders that got upgraded to AWSM and have the previlage to ask for her autograph. <3<3<3
- Day 2.....i went as Gon. So lonely~ since my Killua and Leorio came on Day 1 !!!! TT____TT But then the Gon is a total cos!phail in my life-dictionary coz of the lack of time to get proper wig and did proper costume cutting (and i was so fat from constant durian consumption lol). Ah what the hell......next year's HXH ( me + group) will be better....way more AWSM!!! i will make sure of that!! >D
- Painting beatbox pink was such a LOL-worthy moment. Pink nipples ahahahahahaha~!! maaaan you are such a sport.
- The hall was dark for a very long time. As in they totally shut off the lights before and during Minorin concert!!! Totally turned ppl off and they all balik. Totally selfish stupid. I went to the concert. After watching May'N'......this 1 is kinda boring. Minorin has an amazing voice!!! But she's so static....no dancing at all...barely moving from her spot.
- Dinner after event is soooooo fun and baka-aho-tastic!!! <3<3 And i got adopted by the hottest mummy and the bishiest daddy in the whole wide world!!! <3
- Sorry if you're upset with my gentle persuasion. >__<; But but....cosplay in a group is more fun than alone ne? ne??? >__<;;;
- We found a monkey Monta look-alike at Sushi King LOLOLOLOLOL how epic is that?!
-....that's all my tired goldfish mind can recall. Overall....DAICON is a pretty okay event. The company is enjoyable. i wish i could go to cosfest but in the end i didn't since i don't dare ask my passport from my mom *sigh*. Anyway~ love you guys!!!! <3 And looking forward to GACC time!!!!
