Mr. Deeds Goes to Town is a fun Gary Cooper film, very optimistic and nice. Adam Sandler remade it in the '90s (Mr. Deeds), and it was, shall we say, not as artistically successful. But John Turturro gives an off-the-wall performance as his butler that I still quote to this day.
