You should try and wait until the economy starts back on its upswing. You'll be at a huge advantage then when companies finally have the money to either expand their employee numbers or add to them. I think that staying at Outback and saving your money for awhile isn't a bad plan at all.
It's not the worst plan, but I'm just getting burnt out on it. I've been there 2 1/2 years and am more miserable now than I've ever been, workwise.
But you're probably right - there's a lot to be said for having a steady job at this point in time. I'm just gonna see what I can find elsewhere and not just limit myself. Plus working at Outback makes it easy to drink all the time too, so the money-saving aspect is questionable =P
Plus it's easy for you to say when you live all the way in sunny California!
