so some perplexing things have been happening of late. someone posted a comment to me from *my* journal. and they posted comments to someone else as me also. how does that happen when i didn't even have anyone over at the time it happened? i remember once waaay back when i first started messing around in here i clicked on something and i ended up

Whoah, I work for Telstra and I still think that's totally awesome. I wouldn't have expected bigpond to just cancel the bill like that.

i know... it's like an application for credit or something. i think they realise that something is really wrong here. like i get those emails that say "you have just passed 100% of your usage, and then "you have just passed 125% of your usage" and these emails were on days when i was at work and not even on the internet. so i think the fraud team are gonna investigate it. silly me, i dont have any programs to stop people from hacking in to my account. i did't think i needed that with my Mac. hmm, guess i was wrong!

i used to work for 3 in the mobile phone customer service call centre, and i found that the nicer the customer, the more likey i would be to help them and be leniant with their account. so needless to say i was super nice to all the people i spoke to about this issue. it's amazing how far a little respect for the call centre staff can get you !! i think i was lucky though as well, i got her in a good mood!
