so i'm having a great dinner with ty at hogs breath cafe. when my phone beeps to say i have messages. lets just say half way through dinner my night is ruined. basically because i have lived in my apartment for the past two and a half years, my lease ran out after the first year. so i guess i've just been paying week to week which has been fine

yes. . i just don't understand why he doesn't just send me a notice saying he'd raise the rent, why does he have to evict me? i've been here ever since this building was turned into apartments. i'm the first person to live in this apartment. i just don't get it.
oh, do you mean to him? no i haven't spoken to him yet. i'm still seething and confused about the message he left on my phone. he didn't even have the courage to tell me face to face.
