When the knocking persisted however, Ronon tried to bury his head under his pillow. "Stop," Ronon mumbled. "Brendan. Get the door."
But the door was not got. Because if Ronon learned anything from living with Brendan, it was that Brendan was a pretty deep sleeper. Who liked to attach himself to various things in the night. Including Ronon. But at least Brendan was on his own side of the hut today.
Grumbling and still half asleep, Ronon pushed himself up onto his hands before climbing to his feet. "I'm coming," Ronon grunted out. He went over to the door and threw it open. It took him a moment to focus, but there was no mistaking that face. "What the hell do you want?"

Then he tilted his head, attempting to get a peek of the hut's interior. He really wanted to know if Brendan slept in a full suit. Apparently not. But he still clearly suffered from a severe nudity phobia.
He directed his gaze back to Ronon. Ronon's face. "We should talk. Maybe with sticks." He frowned in contemplation as he recalled something Brendan had mentioned. "That's not a euphemism."

"What?" Ronon vocalized, not really in any condition to handle any big words at the moment. He probably would've gotten up in an hour or so to have his run with Sheppard, but even Sheppard refused to get up this early. "Why are you bothering me?"

Besides, there was something very mutual about them bothering each other. It was a tradition, almost.
He'd attempted to read some Zen a day earlier, for Charlie's sake - something about scratching an itch before it was even there; it had made no sense at the time - and it still made no sense. But an itch was most definitely present.
"Because it's important," he replied simply. "We've got a problem. We need to talk."
