Ow. At least you have some sprained ligaments, at worst some torn ones. Hopefully the former. How was the foot of the person you stepped on? :P

damned if I know XD;; they didn't say anything though, so I'm assuming it wasn't too bad. I get my feet stepped on all the time in netball, so they're prolly used to it as well. ^^;

About to go get the foot checked out, so we'll soon find out if it's just sprains or something's torn. -_-;
