Do new parents ever sleep?

Man, this kid is wearing me out! She is beautiful and perfect, and I love her, but it's almost 5 pm here and I feel like it's midnight. Maybe that's because at midnight I was still up with her. She doesn't really seem to have a "sleep pattern" except that she doesn't sleep at night. I'll be glad when things work out so she sleeps a bit more at a
