My dad and I were watching Kid Rock sing 'Sweet Home Alabama' on VH1 Classic during a commercial break from the Cavs game. In the midst of my dad telling me they call him Kid Rock because "he used to sell rock in Detroit!' (no comment, since the Behind the Music claims he's from the detroit 'burbs) he starts going off about Grandmaster Flash
