La! Updating for the hell of it.

I've been swamped with work lately, and when I haven't been swamped, it's more of a case of my get up and go went off and left me. I have some time off coming up, so hopefully then I can catch up on all the great stories and drabbles everyone's posted and maybe get something written of my own. (I don't know, maybe I'm weird. \o/ Go you! That's AWESOME!! *tackle glomps* I wondered how the whole shift in sleeping schedule might effect the way a person eats. I used to not be able to sleep on a full stomach, but since J is unmovably stubborn in his eating habits, I've gotten used to eating at 10:30 or 11 at night and then going to bed half an hour later. X_x;; Which I'm sure is not good for you.

I think you're right about portion sizes. I used to be much better at not eating too much of a good thing.

I've been trying to eat healthier for the past year and it's been hit and miss for me. I do find myself starting to eat less sugary foods, (which was my big downfall in the past), and actually craving more fruits and vegetables. But, I'm not as consistent as I should be and the big thing for me as well is that I really do need to start exercising again. I know I'll lose weight and feel better if I do that. But, it's hard starting up certain habits and it's definitely something I work at every day.
