Busy as a Bee

I was stung today sitting outside on the back step doing a few Sudoku puzzles. It's summer warm outside, and it's Canada! Like I wasn't going to take advantage of the beautiful weather. The bee must have been pissed off that I was in it's territory or something.

But anyway, the Sudoku? I bought a huge book of it yesterday while at the bookstore (

I can do Sudoku providing it's labelled 'easy', and more complicated and my brain has a heart attack. As for not remembering where you were in the memory book, that's just pure Sod's Law! hehe.

Stupid bee, doesn't it know if it stings you it ends up dead??! I'm allergic to wasp stings and they seem to know this and will insist on trying to dive bomb me!

I haven't had a birthday present from my family in a good few years now, you could always ask for something really random. Which reminds me... *goes back to work on fic* how embarrassed can I make Holmes? Mwwwhaaa...

Luckily this book started out easy, and works it way towards the harder puzzles. I found that I do well around the moderate levels, but I haven't tried anything beyond that yet. It's a little intimidating. XD

Poor thing! Luckily I'm not allergic to bees, I swear I attract them like honey when I go outside, especially when I had my hair dyed blond the one year.

Eee, the more Holmes is embarrassed, the better. (We're so cruel to poor Holmes, aren't we? XD)

'The Times' have Killer Sudoku which did nearly kill me, although I can proudly say I completed one sitting in a Burger King in Edgware Road whilst I was reading up on the electrical resistance testing!

Hee! There's two quotes in the beginning of my book from the London times! They go something like this:

"Sudoku is dangerous stuff. Forget work and family -- think papers hurled across the room and industrial sized blobs of correction fluid. I love it!"

"The biggest craze to hit The Times since the first crossword puzzle was published in 1935."

Put me in mind of Holmes when I read that first one. XD

Sudoku is a wonderful game that people say strengthens the mind. :D Makes you lose track of time easily too. XD

Well, that sounds about right. My kitty is a hog of attention. If I go half an hour without looking at him he starts whining, the silly thing. XD

Awh! High school homework was the worst. D: So boring!

Hee! My cat is a lot like Holmes in some ways. :D He caught a bird yesterday that was flying around inside our house. How it got in, I don't know, but he caught the bugger so quickly it was amazing. :D
