I love how it started and then the hurt/comfort aspect. The ending was great; Holmes' reason for crying was excellent. Wonderful work!~Sophia

I always had the idea that Holmes' mouth had trouble keeping up with his mind, and with that you'd either get a slur of words from him or he'd bite his tongue. :D

That must be quite infuriating for Watson after awhile, he'd either have to get Holmes to repeat things or be forever treating him for biting his tongue!

I stared quietly at Holmes, finally realizing that the tears I had saw did not originate from any deeper emotion at all.

This made me sniffle...poor Watson.

It is almost as if Watson was hoping that Holmes -was- crying. It'd be a step for Holmes in showing a bit more emotion.
