I have needed to find some kind of workout I could fit into my schedule and would be effective. One day on youtube I found this M100 workout idea. I've done it the last three mornings before my shower. It really wrings you out. My goal is to do it every morning for thirty days.

The first time, I had to pause in the middle for 20 seconds or so, the second time only for 10, and this morning for less than 5 or so.
I am impatient for the short-term nausea to stop when I get to the end... *huff*
