Your thoughts on a racist scenario?

Lets say I have a counter at which I'm processing paperwork for people. People come into the waiting room and up to the counter and I work with the ones who are at the counter. Its a small waiting room, crowded, and many people have to wait outside. I do not have control over what happens outside the door ( Read more... )

The absolute most that should be done is to break up the cabal, so that everyone gets a chance to enter.

And, BTW, if you're interested in that sort of thing, SCOTUS will rule on Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs v. The Inclusive Communities Project, Inc. yet this term, probably on June 22.

Something like that, or possibly set up a system where people can schedule service appointments online?

I classify this type of solution as 'removal of scarcity' - although there may be scarce access to the counter resources, there is not AS scarce access to the numbers - provided the tickets aren't blocked - or the online appointment - provided online access isn't blocked - or the phone system, etc. Does every citizen have the right and availability to access the equipment necessary to book it online, or on the phone, etc ( ... )
