Shock therapy. That's my next suggestion. Rig every cigarette to shock him on every puff. I'm sure John and Eric can come up with how's and such.

Shirely (daycare) suggested something like that, but then she said "But you might start like being shocked..." LOL! And the way she sai it was very amusing!!
