Yabu: Today’s crosstalk theme is on “security and feeling insecure” but in the case of Inoo, you possess too much of both of those qualities(laugh)
Inoo: What, what do you mean by that?
Yabu: For example when you are asked to comment, you say something normal but just 30 seconds after that, you say something that is totally different and disrespectful.
Takaki: Ah~~ he does! And also depending on the day, he can be serious or non serious. Does that depend on your mood?
Inoo: Putting it simply, yes (laugh). After I say something serious, I want to say something silly after that.
Takaki: Like after you eat something sweet, you want to eat something salty next… like that? (laugh)
Inoo: Yes. So during interviews if I keep getting asked the same questions, there are times where I will give an entirely different answer.
Yabu: Serious?! Well, if the interviewer is used to it, he will probably realize but if it is a magazine that interviews you for the first time, it isn’t good to lie! (laugh) So your impression of Inoo depends on which magazine you read too (laugh)
Inoo: It means I am…. mysterious (laugh)
Yabu: But that does happen during crosstalks too. I sometimes say things which I don’t think of. And with that when someone says “You are lying!”, I follow by saying “Yup yup. That’s a lie” (laugh)
Takaki: You are just as guilty as Inoo-kun (laugh)
Inoo: But for me, I also think like “I feel sorry if I have the same answers as other magazines”
Yabu: But for such times, instead of saying the exact same thing, I try to change my words and phrasing.
Takaki: Yeah. I do the same as Yabu-kun.
Inoo: Hmm…. that should be the right way. Okay, I will do that from next time!
Takaki: Saying that so simply, it sounds like a lie again (laugh) Recently when I watch television, the movie Inoo-kun is in
’s commercial has been airing.
Yabu: Yup. Everytime I see it, I think “…..Inoo.. fufu” (laugh) Also, the combination of Inoo and sports is insecure. During Johnnys sports day, he was just like a member who did nothing (laugh)
Inoo: That’s true. Among all the Johnnys who showed up, I was probably the one who didn’t participate most. I only participated in the obstacle course but everyone participated in about two segments right?
Takaki: But you did dance and participate with the juniors during the half-time. Even though you didn’t have to, you just ran there yourself.
Yabu: You were already free and brought all your free time over to that segment (laugh)
Inoo: Exactly. For the part I couldn’t use in sports, I put in more effort in other places. On the other hand, Takaki’s security is in sports right? Takaki participated in baseball, and you did hit a number of balls right?
Takaki: Yup. I was in quite a good condition.
Inoo: Takaki doesn’t have an image of playing baseball but you could do it quite well and I was surprised.
Takaki: I was not even in the baseball team when I was young and honestly I don’t have interest in baseball, but I wonder why since the past, everytime there is a Johnnys baseball match I am always picked to attend! Even I am totally bewildered over that.
Yabu: You have a “face that can play baseball” (laugh). So isn’t that the real meaning of security? And from how I see it, Takaki is “always Takaki no matter when”. I feel relieved with that.
Takaki: Oh~~ I feel happy. How about my part which makes others insecure?
Inoo: The other day when everyone was in excitement, Keito said he saw me patting Takaki’s head. And I feel worried about myself (laugh). I don’t even remember it (laugh)
Takaki: You were just like “Wheeeey!!!” and it came from that excitement.
Inoo: That should be what happened. What I think of how Takaki makes others feel worried, is during a live radio show, he is strangely worried and says “I wonder if it’s okay…. I shall practise my reading” Well, that part of him is cute too.
Yabu: And during such times, he says “Today I am with Yabu-kun so it will be fine!” When I hear those words I think “This guy is just gonna let me do everything!” and then I am the one who becomes worried (laugh)
Takaki: Because everyone will feel the same. That is how people feel secure when Yabu-kun is around. It is not only me, I think everyone thinks the same way. You can also tell from the sense of security on the staff’s faces when they say “Yabu, say this during the press conference” (laugh)
Inoo: That’s right. During press conferences, when someone has to sum up everything in the end or when they ask for a serious comment, it is normally Yabu or Yamada.
Yabu: That’s probably true. Well, next time I will have a meeting with the staff and ask them to ask Takaki to do it (laugh)
Takaki: No! I think if that happens, I will not be listening to everything that happens before that, and I will probably have a straight face the whole time (laugh)
Inoo: And just like how he is during live radio shows, he will keep murmuring and practising in the dressing room. Takaki looks like that but he is rather serious and that is funny (laugh). For Takaki, he just looks like he will say something like “A live show?? Doesn’t matter!!”
Takaki: I am a rather serious guy when it comes to such things (laugh)
Inoo: …..I am quite bad at handling such serious replies too
Yabu: Eh, is that so? Seems like you can do it though.
Inoo: I stumble on my words when I want to say something serious. As for Yabu’s worrisome side, doesn’t he forget alot of his stuff?
Yabu: But recently it has decreased. Because my manager has started to ask me “Did you leave anything behind?”
Takaki: So you mean if no one reminds you, you still forget? That’s worrying after all (laugh) Also, it’s best not to let Yabu-kun participate in something that is too cool (laugh)
Inoo: I totally get that! During such times, Yabu just cannot do his best (laugh)
Yabu: I do blame myself too (laugh)
Inoo: In his normal lifestyle, he has a high probability of hitting his head when he gets on and off the car too.
Takaki: During songs too, such things happen right? Let me just confirm it, you always think of trying to be cool and giving off a cool face right?
Yabu: Of course! And I will check the monitor screen after that and think “Ah, did I feel like that?” in astonishment (laugh)
Inoo: Previously we participated with Kisumai in “BUSAIKU” and it totally felt like that (laugh)
Takaki: If there was a show like “JUMP BUSAIKU”….?
Yabu: I think I will become a really horrible person. Like Nikaido’s position, probably.
Inoo: And to think you were aiming for the top, it’s okay to be uncool! (laugh)
Yabu: The words from the female audience that appeared on the screen were really scary (laugh). In place of that, the staff will probably console me and say “You were really funny. I really understand your feelings!” (laugh)
Takaki: But if we really have such a show, everyone in 7 will probably be aiming for the top.
Inoo: Ah, they will! Yamada and probably Keito too.
Yabu: And Hikaru will unexpectedly be serious bout it too (laugh). He will try to appeal and say “I can say such cool things too” (laugh)
Inoo: I know! Me and Takaki will probably try to add humour in what we do.
Takaki: We are the types to fool around. Well, if there is a chance I want to do it again!
Inoo: Yup! But I am sure Takaki will then practise his sweet words endlessly (laugh)
Yabu: And with the next cool act, I hope everyone can think of me as “Yabu-kun is someone who can do it if he wants to”! (laugh)
