I haven't seen you or Aajay in ages! When are we going to hang out again? When do I get to see this new place?

Well, I'm about to go out of town for a week. That means Aajay will be home alone and in need of friends, so he should have you and James over while I'm gone so you can both check out the place.

Then once I get back we're going to have a housewarming party! Yay!
