Best of luck with the resolutions! I actually went from about 190 and now I'm hovering just below 170 and trying to maintain. Weight loss is kind of hard, but doable...
Yeah, it's a real commitment. I've been exercising seven times a week, for an hour a day, varying basketball, exercise bike, and brisk walking....to go from 236 to 170 was hard, tho....a lot easier to gain weight than lose it that's for sure. At least I feel I look a lot better than I did at the beginning of '07!
