How big is the functional a/c? I need to buy a new one but it would be awesome not to have to fork out $400, you know?

WEll just let me know. We're not leaving until Sunday. And with the exception of tomorrow night we shouldn't be away from the apartment for too long. Call or text me and let me know what you think.
