I had that kind of stuff happen in some of the apartments I lived when I was a youngun like you. NOw that I'm old and live in the overpriced little bitty apartment behind a gate, we don't have that kind of drama.
The crazy guy like 21 years ago - stopped taking his meds and started playing Sympathy for the Devil over and over again at 4 in the am. Then he started yelling at the lady across the alley in her backyard, and then he pulled out a knife and slashed open his screen window. It was really weird.

thirty + cop cars swat team bomb squad tactical support unit K-9 units normal looking black and white rollers at least one fire truck and an ambulance. and all I'm trying to do is pay my rent with my refund...apparently the girl he woke up with the gun happiness was/is a leasing agent here. I say was/is because they're still not sure if she's going to get canned for the activities in her apartment. on a I don't know how to describe this moment but i thought it was pretty fucking coool note
