I wasn't going to even come to lj today but here I am typing away instead of getting my math on at the math lab, but eh, I'll do that tomorrow after class. I spent all last semester practically in the math lab, every day after math class doing my homework. I'm a living a little, skipping math lab for the computer. lolz

Good, at least I'm not missing out on something. Sometimes you wonder if the guys are just better somewhere else but it eases my pain somewhat to know it's a global thing ;)

Welcome to life sweetie, where the guys you want to notice you don't notice you, (or if you get lucky, stick you in forever friend land), and the guys you don't really want to notice you (and, sometimes, try hard to make them to not notice you; but still fail miserably) flock in by the thousands. To say that life can be a cruel joke sometimes would be a bit of an understatement.

But no worries, you've got plenty of time to weed through the toads, metrosexuals, and gay men till you get to a prince (or one of many) that likes you back and you want to spend time with. Until then enjoy your time to yourself.

Figures, life just has to work that way doesn't it? Can never be simple. I actually fear the gay men thing, there was this prophecy about me having a thing for guys who are actually gay and I for some reason am oblivious, and it seems to have some truth to it after all.
But you're right, it's good to enjoy the me time. :)

There's a prophecy about you only being attracted to gay men? That sounds oddly grim and masochistic. Does that mean you're going to be attracted to/fall for guys that you know in fact are gay or that your going to be attracted to guys who aren't sure or not "out" yet? If the prophecy turns out to be true, then look at it this way, you'll have a lot of wonderful guy friends to help you with guy problems or any problems.

lol, I'm being my overly dramatic self. Actually a few years ago, a family friend did up our astrology charts and I got the "you're the Pisces who keeps falling for the gay guy" line. I think it's supposed to be in a kind of oblivious to any signs of gayness and falling for them anyway kind of thing, which sounds a little frightening. I guess I could always use more guy friends though ^^

Surgery-sounds worrisome, is it major?
