Does the application include/require reading at the festival, or is there a publication that is separate?

Hi there, thanks for asking. No, you don't have to read. If you win and can't make it to the festival, or don't wish to read, they'll still publish your work. If you can't make it, they'll mail you a copy of the anthology chapbook.
