Really glad you're doing better. ♥ And yeah we'd love it if you'd come back - the job market is awesome but you'll pay a shit-ton for a house.

The housing market is the big reason why i'm looking at small town Alberta actually. I can get the same house for half the money. But that being said if I get offered a decent position I'll definitely consider it. I've put a few resumes out but no nibbles that far south just yet ;)

...on the other hand, if you can get into a place here, the house value is expected to still increase substancially over the next few years. Then move to a small town with your inflated equity.
