pet peeve: not indicating

not indicating when you are driving is just downright inconsiderate and rude. yes, there are those times when you have to make a split second decision and the indicating part might get lost (and yes, those times can be very dangerous and my recommendation is just to be patient and wait for the next opportunity and put your indicator on if you can) ( Read more... )

Your message assumes that cars are piloted by humans, whereas they are clearly just a variety of moving obstacles. Why should I indicate, when I know what I want to do? It's a fascist and stupid rule, like the one about not letting me drink my Bundie and have a good time in my car!
If I can't be bothered to do something, and someone makes a rule about it, it's a stupid rule. You don't have to follow stupid rules!
