Anything pumpkin or squash (sauces, breads, roasted, whatever)
Apple cider
Beef stew
Cranberry sauce, mashed potatoes (pretty much any thanksgiving component)

Ahem. I'm okay now.

So yeah, things made with pumpkin - bread, muffins, cakes, cookies, soups, ravioli - you name it.

Also, beef or lamb stew made with stout and root veggies, mulled cider and wine, roasted butternut and acorn squash. Lentil soup.

I've been craving my mom's apple cake, lately, so I think I must go get the recipe from her.

And ...making sundaes from pumpkin ice cream, crumbled spiced wafers, and caramel. :)

shepherd's pie

slow-cooker roast and veggies

anything Thanksgiving related

Wild or long grain rices (that might be the same thing)
Any of the cereal grains
Anything braised or slow cooked
Fresh vegetables (they are still around this time of year) lightly cooked
Malty beers
Yellow curry especially toasted lightly
Almonds and pecans
Thyme and rosemary and sage
Dry cheeses
