Yeah, it occurs to me that I haven't done anything update-y since I moved down here in December. Fredericksburg is nice. A bit warm sometimes, but nice. (I'm gettin' old... can't hack wandering around in the full trenchcoat/hat/scarf getup like I used to.) I definitely enjoyed how much milder the winter was than in New England, at any rate.
I've got a little one-bedroom place about 15 or so minutes' walk from the office... which is good, 'cause I got in an accident a few days before Christmas that totaled my car (no injuries, thankfully), and I've been holding off on getting another until I've saved up enough to minimize how much of a loan I might need.
Work is good. I enjoy what I'm doing, and the people I work with. Lack of car means that I don't get out very much, though, which is a bit unfortunate, but also cuts down some on spending and allows me to save up. In the meantime, I hang out online most of the time, like the geek I am. :-)

...in your opinion---but have you really seen all the movies in the history of Mankind? i don't think so. i would reserve judgement. i mean what about all the great films made from the crap that is steven kings books and stories. 'the shining'- KUBRICK! say no more. 'the dead zone'- i mean, christopher walken. 'stand by me'-a dead kid and leeches, what more do you want in a movie.

Pfft. No way, dude. Snakes on a Plane was filled with so much pure rocket-fueled awesomeness that no other film could possibly have ever rivaled it, and it's quite possible that no other ever will, except maybe for a sequel.
