Screen Captures?

I'm trying to get a screen capture to make an icon but every time I crop it won't crop the part I want *pouts and cries*

Can anyone help me out with what I'm doing wrong?

What program are you using to try to crop? Then I will know if I can help you or not.

paint shop pro 5... so old LOL and I tried with Microsoft office picture manager but that did the same thing
