That's right. I'm "retiring" so to speak, lol. I have thought long and hard about it, and I have a million reasons to quit writing SLASH. I won't get into all of it, but I will say that I'm burnt out. I'm going back to school, going to get this manuscript of mine off it's fat ass and get back into the game. LOL

Noooo, I also understand your reasoning but I actually got a little ball in my throat, and got a bit sad {Single tear}. Well, I guess as long as we keep in contact I shall be OK, and Ill read your old stories, they were some of the best out there. Ill always be a devoted fan though. {salutes} So long my Goddess.

I completely understand where you are coming from. I haven’t read any slash in what feels like forever. I am gonna really miss you. I have said it before and will say it again, you got me into slash and in many ways helped me get over my boy crushes. Not to get too gushy but I have never had a close relationship with another guy. I think that is partially way I feel attracted to them every now and then. Shaken helped me to vicariously have that close relation through Joel and Matt. Those early chapter hit at such a tough point in my life and they really pulled me through. I have recently started feeling less bi and more straight (90% straight but whatever)Hard to believe graphic boy sex has in many ways made me straight-er but, well, I don't know. I thank you for really changing me and for giving me a gift at a time when I really needed it. Slash is my best kept secret and my favorite mistake and as you depart I want to deeply say thank you and I wish you the absolute best as you go back to school and attend to more pressing matters

Oh wow, honey. *hugs* Big decisions, but you need to do what's best for you. I hope we can still stay in touch? Will you still use an LJ (this one or another one) from time to time? And I know I see you online, so that's good, so long as you keep my IM :) Hopefully when things calm down for you and you feel like it, we'll see more writing, too, but of course only if you feel like it. This needs to be an esacpe, and not a job.

SLASH has allowed me to make some wonderful friends. I'll always be thankful for that. Who knows what the future holds? Like I said, there could be some smuts here and there, but only my friends will be seeing those.

I'm keeping this journal & the email hooked up to it. I'm just not going to be posting anymore slash at any communities. I won't stop making my sexy manips though! hehe
