I apologize for that spontaneous hiatus, but I do have an excuse.  For the span of seven days, my host parents were somewhere else.  I assume on vacation, but only because I spotted a hotel’s webpage left up on the computer last week.  They could have been doing a small stint in prison for all I know.  Sorry about the lack of forewarning, but I had ( Read more... )

-_-' Grrr. I hate the whole "Mrs. Hardison hates men thing." That's so fucking false. Fucking Rachel.

As always, enjoying your blog. :( I'm sad you're lonely though. I am too. >< I don't fit in with the exchange students but thankfully I fit in with Taiwanese. @.@ When will I ever find a place I belong.

Also, I keep reading discouraging things about Brown... it's really starting to bother me. I've also been running into WAY too much conservative rhetoric. I'm gonna puke.

Also also, it's kinda pissing me off that you haven't been talking to me much. >< I feel as if you, Rachel, Brandon, Eunice, and to some degree Abby purposefully exclude me. >< Just like the exchange students where I am .

What am I doing wrong?

Okay Josa-doodle I get that you like Mrs. Hardison, but I would appreciate it if you didn't bash people on here. Rachel isn't the only one who felt Mrs. Hardison is sexist - many people have made that observation, myself included.

I'm hearing a lot of conservative rambling here to, but I just smile and ignore it. I can't really afford to alienate the few people willing to talk to me by getting into it with them. The homophobia in Brazil is suffocating. I'm actually astonished at how conservative the other exchange students are. I'm the only American student that supports Obama.

You're distress is somewhat unwarranted. I haven't really spoken at length with a lot of people, Abby and Brandon included. I have never ignored you or excluded you. You're not dong anything wrong, but neither am I.

How are your Rotarians? My are friendly and super casual, but kind of insistent that I come to weekly meetings. I've been seeing... a bit too much of them as of late.

I didn't mean to bash Rachel, I was just like "Oh, that Rachel!" Sorry. I've been cursing WAY more than is appropriate since I've been here. It's a combination of being around people who can't understand me and being around people curse a lot b/c the people around them can't understand them.

For the record, I love Rachel and I thought it was funny to listen to her talk about the class.

:( I just see everyone talking on FB and I send messages to them and I get nothing. I may have included you in there prematurely. Sorry. It's the emo in me, I guess.

My rotarians ignore me. Until one week ago today, they thought I was from India.... :( We don't have a good relationship but I'm friends with their children.
