I didn't get the job. ;_;

The people I wanted to work for didn't "move forward with my application" but they saved my resumé for "future opportunities that fit my expertise".

I'm so heartbroken, I wanted that job so badly. So badly. More than I ever knew I could want to work

Would being an advocate be a stepping stone in the right direction to what you really want?

That's what my therapist thinks, but I'm not sure, myself, at least not yet. I'm gonna ask after it when I go to my mental health program on Wednesday; see what Peer Advocacy really entails, and if it might net me a job exactly like the one I wanted.
