JUST THIS MORNING I HAD AN IDEA for something to do with Ladd and Graham. Remind me to tell you about it when I get home because it could be a lot of fun (and actually not just rambling at each other borderline-incomprehensibly), assuming I can get myself together for it.

Also re: Arachne, it is awesome for Medusa to have her sister in camp, and I think you're doing really well with her considering the, er, vagueness of canon so far! ...But you shouldn't feel like you have to hang on to her if it's not any fun for you. ^^;; I know I am sometimes still "what. what am I doing" about Medusa, and she has a lot more canon, basis for working on her own, and established relationships. So... basically I will support whatever decision you make, here. ♥

...Perhaps some day we should app characters from the same canon who actually have normal conversations with each other. >_>

I want to be able to play her~ I really like her~ I just want to know what I'm doing. Or, what she's doing. Anything really. I will probably just have to content myself for now with reading/watching the bits shes in overandoverandover and...going from there.

Maybe what Arachne needs to do is go out and find a few little campers to play minion~ or allies~ for her? So she can start seeing about doing something interesting in camp?

I should, and it's a good idea. The hardest part about that for me is that people are inevitably going to say "and what is it your organization DOES?" and...okay, she opposes the reaper, and...everything else so far has been very big and dramatic, but there's not a lot of explanation as to what she's hoping to accomplish specifically, or how. Dramatic tension and all that, but it doesn't give me a lot to work with ^^a

BUT IT IS A GOOD IDEA and I will try and figure out how that would work, when I myself am so in the dark. <3

You could always go with "more can be revealed to those who have proved their worth" to some people, at least.

MYSTERIES ARE ALWAYS A PAIN IN THE BUTT IN CANONS uhh I don't know Arachne's canon at all but doing things that you do in canon is always a good fallback... or threading with noncanonmates can help a lot.

Yeah...Arachne's problem is that what she "does" in canon is sit on things and direct people around. She herself does very little...and sadly nobody on her side is in camp yet |Da

Mainly I think I should try and work through my case of the doing-it-wrong jitters. Sit down with her canon again, that sort of thing. Try and not put herself in situations where I'd have to explain things I don't know ^^

I DON'T KNOW YOUR CANON so I can't say how helpful I've been, but I've sort of been in your shoes before. It's difficult for sure >: and part of it is just GO FORWAAARRDDD and if you get jossed, you get jossed it's not your fault. And if not, then you have a lot of fun. I find essaying helps, but that doesn't help everyone.

Uhh threading with talkative characters is always helpful for me |3. I play a few buttonpusher talkers who sit about and play shadowy games with people idk. It's always nice to build up a bit of a 'mundane' and if anyone asks you can say it's all for the purpose of knowing more eyeeee deee kaaaaayyy

No no, it's helpful, if only because it does help give me ideas on how one might start to work around the vagueness, even if I don't have any canon-specific ideas. ^_^

I suppose one has to start (re)building an evil cult from the ground up, anyway. ^^
