Tagged by basicaquatics, who totally just made me feel loved.
1. I know I've said it before, but I read too much. Seriously. And I can't stand to part with most of the books that I buy, so I currently have about ten stacks of books on my bedroom floor. I should take pictures just so you guys can see how bad it truly is. Unfortunately, I don't have the space in my bedroom to add another bookcase. I suppose it's just more incentive to get the hell out of my parent's house (not that I need any more incentive).
2. I am currently going to a JC to get my GE, and I hope to transfer to UC Berkeley. I wanted to enroll right into Berkeley after high school, but I knew I wouldn't be able to decide on a major just yet. So I'm hoping that by the time I've gotten my GE, I'll know what I want to do.
3. Sometimes, I wish it was normal for people my age to play with Barbies.
4. I received my first black eye when I was in kindergarten. My friend Tony and I decided to attempt head-butting each other. It was totally worth it.
5. I met Tegan and Sara on July 21st (and Sara again on July 22nd)... (a pause to allow you a moment for jealousy)... Now I just need to meet Karen O, and I will have met all of my girl-crushes.
Also, I don't have a girl-crush on Emmy (I'm not sure if that's how she spells it), but yeah I met her as well. It was awesome.
6. On my dad's side of the family, my grandparents died before I was born. On my mom's side, my grandpa died and my grandma re-married before I was born. When I was eight, they divorced and my mom eventually got a restraining order against her mom (now that is a doozy of a story). My (step) grandpa re-married two years later.
We aren't blood relatives, but I wouldn't prefer anyone else.
7. I cussed up a storm in my HS graduation speech. The audience loved it.
