Oh god, Natasha Richardson. I'm sitting here thinking about everybody I've known who had brain injuries, and about y uncle dying when my cousins were about the age of her sons. Ow.

I'd started to watch Love Actually the other day but stopped for some reason. Now I'm rewatching, watching Liam Neeson play a grieving husband and stepfather. Owowow.

Okay, the one good thing about being sick is that I read a total potboiler over the last few days: Morgan's Run. It's by Colleen McCullough, who wrote the Thorn Birds, which I have never read.
