Authors Notes: Set in my paranormal 'verse (which needs a name desperately) All you need to know so far is that Lester is a vampire who turned Ryan to save his life which lead to them getting together.

"Master?"
James snorted.
"Sire?"
That produced an eye roll.
"My hero?" Ryan offered, grinning.
Lester threw down his paper in exasperation. "Honestly!"
"Well I have to call you something."
"I have a perfectly good name, you could use that."
"Anyone can call you James." Ryan argued.
"They certainly cannot!"
Tom sighed.
"Dear God! Are you pouting?" Lester asked incredulously.
"I think there should be something different, well er... special that I get to call you."
Lester's expression softened. "You are obviously suffering from lack of blood, or rampant sentimentalism. I've never been one for 'pet names' but I'll consider it."
