I've had a rough couple of days, yesterday it was a year since we lost Mum. Don't ask me where time time went and I'm the one who went through it, it felt like the longest year of my life and also that the time has flown by

A lot of people have been watching it I've noticed. I saw the first ep and while I was impressed with how well it was done I found it a little too violent/harsh/real for my tastes at the moment.

I might get to it some time with all the positive reviews I've been seeing

Also, I'm waaaaaaaiting for the episode of Covert Affairs that has Oded in it. YES. HIS CHARACTER COMES BACK!! ♥

I'm still hunting for a Ziva/Eyal crossover fic from the last time his character was on TV. :D

And I've been watching Sanctuary (along with Doctor Who)! I've actually been watching it since December, when I first played 'catch up to the end of the first half of the 3rd season'. I'd been watching it as it aired, but missed some eps and so am just now getting caught up. It is huge fun, with abnormal creatures, sarcasm, vampiric!Nikola Tesla (yes, THE Nikola Tesla), a sort-of love story between the lead (Helen Magnus, played by Amanda Tapping) and John Druitt aka Jack the Ripper (and he can teleport). And just. Its fun and has some really interesting plot points (plus, I've been told, a great if slightly cliched twist at the end of this season), and just makes me very happy. :D

We had a Sanctuary convention here late last year so I was lucky enough to meet Amanda Tapping (who is lovely and even more gorgeous in person) and Robin Dunne (Will - who is a very naughty boy LOL)
