In order to be the healer, you have to be healed yourself. A wounded healer can help, but it's more of a drive from that wound than from the beautiful heart that they could possess. I urge you, Joanna, to heal completely before you take on that role. You'll thank yourself later for it.

Thank you, love, for actually replying to this. This post was made in a moment of despiration when I really did not have any answers.. I needed any kind of guidance possible. Part of me was screaming to move forward, and the other part digging nails into my skin to hold me in the present.

But you have no idea how far... how intensely I have developed in the past couple of months. I know you cannot tell alot from our brief conversations, but I have to tell you.. where there were once huge gaping holes, there are only scratches......

Except that one place.

You know what I am talking about.

It's a bitch, cause it seems like only swamis actually deal with that sort of healing.. and I really have no intention of letting someone else heal that sort of wound.

Megghhhhhhhhh... I might have to break down and actually SPEAK to my instructors about it. Damn throat chakra clogging up again... where's the draino when you need it? ;-)
