i only posted the more obscure acts i could think of.
i didn't mention the more popular acts you may have heard, like talib kweli, jurassic 5 (<-- awesome), dead prez, saul williams, & the coup. they're all fucken swirly yummy good-for-when-it-rains slightly-darker reverb-heavy not-so-rappy hippity hop. yup.
